History of Naval Water District

Municipal Council Resolution No. 14 series 1980 converted the Municipal Water Works to Naval Water District. The turn-over of the Municipal water system to the Naval Water District is the best option made by the Sangguniang Bayan of Naval. It was on May 30, 1980 when the Local Water Utilities Administration(LWUA) issued a “Conditional Certificate of Conformance No. 118” signaling the formal creation of Naval Water District (NWD) by authority of P.D. 198, as amended.

To provide better quality and quantity supply of water.

The NWD is committed to provide exact quality and quantity of water and better service in supplying water and competent manpower that can immediately meet the demand of the present and individual responses to customer’s complaint.

The NWD is committed to provide safe, adequate, affordable and sustainable water for the Municipality of NAVAL and its surroundings Barangays because NWD is a public utility firm, full customers satisfaction is the index of success.
